Price Match Promise

We want you to get the best price on the brands you love. If you find the same product cheaper at another UK retailer, tell us before you order and we'll take a look at matching it.

How it works

1. Find the same product, in the same size, at a lower price from another UK retailer.
2. Contact us before you place your order, with a link to the product page or a screenshot.
3. We'll check your request against the terms below and get back to you with our answer. If we can match it, we'll let you know how to get the price.

What we can match

• The same brand, product, size and variant (flavour, shade or strength).
• Brand new, genuine products.
• Items that are in stock and available to buy at the other retailer when you contact us.
• Prices from UK-based retailers that sell to UK customers, shown in pounds including VAT.

What we can't match

• Clearance items.
• Online marketplaces and auction sites (for example Amazon Marketplace and eBay) and private sellers.
• Out-of-stock, pre-order or discontinued items.
• Bundles and multi-buys, unless the contents are identical.
• Prices that need a trade account, membership, voucher or discount code.
• Orders you have already placed. Please contact us before you order.

Good to know

• We compare the price of the item itself. Delivery charges are not part of the comparison.
• A price match can't be combined with other discount codes.
• We may ask for proof of the other retailer's price.
• We may decline a request, and we can change or withdraw this promise at any time.
